I had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster! Our server, Jada, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The manager also stopped by to check in, which showed great attention to customer satisfaction. The food was delicious and served hot, just the way it should be. From the fresh biscuits to the perfectly cooked seafood, everything exceeded expectations. The excellent customer service and warm atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jada and the Red Lobster team, for making our evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Dragon Calamari Appetizersand Main courses were amazing. Served hot and quickly. Dana G is a lovely server. The bartender was was on point with the Main deck Margarita flight and the top shelf Peach Tea Long island. Finished with a yummy Brownie overboard.

Robert was VERY pleasant and helpful. Customer service is alive and living at Red Lobster Waldorf. Haven’t been to RL in years. Pleasantly surprised by the new menu and the wonderful service. ALL THE FOOD WAS PIPING HOT!! Drinks were great as well.

Our server Avonda was amazing. When we first came, we were seated and we waited 20 minutes to be served. My mother went to the bar where Avonda was at and told her that we had not yet been served, and Avonda changed our entire experience. She said “where are you seated, I will come serve you myself. She had a positive attitude the entire time, our biscuits were hot off the oven, our food was correct, and she checked on us multiple times, by the end of our meal, we were satisfied and super pleased with the service we received. We will definitely be coming back, and asking for her as our server. She was absolutely amazing and she made our entire experience worth while

My husband and I recently enjoyed an exceptional early Valentine's Day dinner at Red Lobster, largely thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Derrick. The lobster and salmon were both cooked to perfection, boasting a rich and flavorful taste that truly enhanced our dining experience. Our server Vonnie was great at her new job. She was personable, informative of the menu, took the time to help my 82 yo mother sort out what she wanted. The food was hot and served in a timely manner. Vonnie wasn't afraid to tell me you'll didn't have the ginger ale I'd ordered nor there Cuevo gold my husband ordered. She offered resolution. My mom, daughter, and husband were so impressed by Vonnie, my husband requested she have her supervisor come out. Liz introduced herself and we all expressed the outstanding service we received from Vonnie.

I went to Red Lobster, in Waldorf, MD, on a Saturday evening around 6:15 PM, not realizing it was Valentine’s Day. The wait felt long (about 37 minutes just to get on the list), but honestly, that was on me — I chose to go out at peak time on one of the busiest nights of the year. The staff was clearly swamped, and that’s exactly why I’m writing this review: to give credit where it’s deserved. The two young employees greeting guests, taking names, and seating customers were dealing with a lot of pressure — and some very rude people — but they stayed professional and calm the entire time. One of them was on only his second day (his manager Avery told me that), yet he handled things with real maturity. He apologized for the wait without making excuses, took ownership of the situation, and genuinely tried to help. That level of honesty and customer care goes a long way and is something I really respect. I asked about seating at the bar, and he explained it was open seating and full menu service. I told him to keep my name on the list just in case, but I’d let him know if I found a seat so I wouldn’t hold up a table — which I did. My experience at the bar was excellent. The bartender, Chico, along with Dana and Tequila, made me feel like I was having dinner at a relative’s house. Even though they were extremely busy, they stayed friendly, attentive, and genuine. Chico handled the pressure well — no excuses, just professionalism and a great attitude. The conversations felt natural, not forced or transactional, which made the whole experience comfortable and welcoming. I also watched an employee take a live lobster from the tank to show a few young children who were nervous at first. She encouraged them, educated them, and helped them feel safe enough to touch it. Watching those kids go from scared to smiling was a great moment and honestly made my heart happy. What stood out most was that this felt less like a chain restaurant and more like a locally owned place that truly cares about its guests. Before leaving, I asked to speak with a manager and ended up meeting the Director of Operations, Shawn/Sean (sorry I didn’t catch the spelling), as well as managers Liz and Avery. I made sure to tell them how impressed I was. What really stayed with me was watching the managers lead by example. They weren’t standing back just giving orders — they were out on the floor helping run food, seating customers, and supporting their staff during a very busy shift. That kind of leadership matters. It builds respect, strengthens a team, and creates a better experience for customers. I truly hope they keep leading that way, because it shows. Thank you to everyone there for turning what could have been a stressful Valentine’s rush into such a positive experience. Wishing the entire team continued success, health, and happiness. Avonda was our waitress. She was attentive and courteous. The food was well prepared. Overall we were impressed with the service we received today.
